Refund policy

Mokili is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange your purchase in person or by mail within 30 days of shipping. No questions asked! No restocking fees!

1. Email hello@mokili.ca with your order number. If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, you are responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of your choice.

2. Given the nature of food products, we do not accept any returns after 30 days from the ship date.

3. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.

 

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we receive the item(s) back from you at our store.
